I’m a personal trainer who grew up surrounded by strong, beautiful women who were constantly judged for their size. Watching them hurt made me want to build something different — a space where women feel confident, seen, and strong.Today, I help women like them (and like you) build strength through Olympic lifting techniques, mobility training, and personal empowerment — all with empathy, respect, and results.
